5. Home Insurance

Home Insurance offers "All risks" basic coverage and optional coverage so you can personalize your insurance to meet your needs as a home owner, co-owner or tenant.

Basic coverage

Covers the most common risks:

• Losses due to fire, theft and vandalism
• Damages caused by wind storms
• Most damages caused by accidental events
• Public liability

Optional coverage

To insure:

• your above-ground pool;
• your home against water damage (e.g.: sewer backup);
• valuables (e.g.: PC and valuable objects, such as jewellery, furs, boats, etc.);
• your home against earthquake damage.
