If you are travelling with children, establish the rules before you leave. For example, forbid them to ask questions like "Are we there yet?" Organize games, read them some tourist information, listen to music or sing. When you stop, let the children
run around so they can use up some of their energy. Give them jobs: keeping a logbook, writing postcards or drawing your route on the map.
