Add a link to your caisse on your Desjardins home page

Did you know that you can have direct access to your caisse contact information on your Desjardins home page? It takes only a couple of minutes; here is what you have to do:

1. On the homepage, click Add a link to your caisse.





2. On the next page, enter the name of your caisse or transit number and click on Search.





3. Select the link to your caisse from the list.




You will automatically be directed to the home page where you will see:

• a link to your caisse.
• a link that gives you direct access to the business hours and contact information for your caisse.



Adding this link will give you fast access to your caisse information, as well as direct access to the phone number of your caisse under the "At the caisse" option in the "How to get this product" heading at the bottom of each page, which makes it even simpler to make an appointment with an advisor at your caisse.



If you choose to make an appointment with an advisor at your caisse by filling out the online appointment form, the transit number of your caisse will already by filled in so you won’t have to look for the information!

So you see, one little change can save you a lot of time!

Just keep in mind that if you delete your cookies, the link to your caisse will disappear from your home page.
