Use Desjardins ATMs

Make your regular transactions at Desjardins ATMs and save up to 40% on the fees that apply when you make them at the teller counter.
Try to use Desjardins ATMs as often as possible since additional fees apply when you make withdrawals at other ATMs (Interac2 network).

Opt for direct withdrawal to pay your regular bills.

Use direct payment

Direct payment service charges for using your Desjardins Access Card are up to 35% lower than the fees that apply to payments by cheque or withdrawals at the counter.
Many stores also let you make withdrawals at the same time as your purchases.

You can easily have your salary, family allowance, welfare benefits and annuity payments deposited directly in your account, from the comfort of your home.

Register for the Overdraft Transfer service

With the Overdraft Transfer service, you can use the available credit on your VISA Desjardins card to cover a cheque, bill payment, or any other transaction that exceeds the balance in your Personal Chequing Account3 (PCA) or any other eligible account. You will avoid any charges for insufficient funds.

Choose automatic transfers

You can avoid having to issue a series of cheques and transfer money between your accounts in a single folio or between folios held in 1 or more caisses. You won't have to pay fees for transfers between accounts in the same folio.

Get a VISA Desjardins credit card

When you pay with your VISA Desjardins card, you avoid paying with cheques and you save related fees.
If you have a VISA Prestige card (Desjardins Platinum, Desjardins Odyssey GOLD, Desjardins Modulo GOLD, Desjardins Elegance GOLD) or a VISA Desjardins Classic card with the BONUSDOLLARS option, you are entitled to the Desjardins BONUSDOLLARS rewards program.
