The Immigrant Investor Program offers business people and their families a simply way to immigrate to Canada. Program eligibility

To qualify for the program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Have net assets of at least $1,600,000 CAD
• Have 2 years of management experience
• Make a mandatory investment of $800,000 CAD for a 5-year term
  • guaranteed by the government (risk-free)
  • 0% interest
  • possibility of using the Desjardins Golden Plan (financing option)

Scholarships

• be a full-time student at a Quebec university
