Q is for quinoa

Quinoa is just one of the many healthy organic foods that Bois-Francs residents can purchase at Victoriaville's La Manne. Established in 1978 by 30 health-conscious individuals, La Manne is a cooperative whose mission is to promote healthy eating. It favours organic, locally grown and fair trade produce, as well as products with minimal packaging. Today, La Manne has more than 3,000 members and is a recognized reference in healthy eating and overall health.

Cooperation is healthy!
