Insured deposits

Overdraft transfers
You can add the Overdraft Transfer service to your account (Canadian currency only) to cover transactions that exceed your account balance using an automatic cash advance from your VISA Desjardins credit card.

To open an account, you must first become a member of a caisse.

1. To benefit from an account free of charge, students must have a Student Advantage Line of Credit. Students in some fields of study are not eligible for a free account, but these students can receive a monthly discount of $4.
