Desjardins Youth Focus is a reflection of the Desjardins Group's commitment to your social, professional and financial development. Aimed at 15- to 30-year-olds in Quebec and Ontario, the program helps open the door to various initiatives through 4 areas of activity:

Commercial practices	Desjardins is a cooperative financial institution that belongs to its members. As co-owners, each member has a right to personalized and considerate service, as well as to clear and trustworthy information about Desjardins products and services.
Democracy	Desjardins provides you with access to centres of power and supports your efforts to become active members of society.
Knowledge and Information	Knowledge gives you the power to make solid choices. Desjardins strives to come up with additional ways of communicating with you in order to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your future.
Employment	An integral part of the communities it serves, Desjardins does everything in its power to promote entrepreneurship and job creation for young people.
