Photos from the recent Spectrum show

After several months of excitement, eXterio finally performed at the Spectrum on December 8, 2006. The show was a complete success thanks to solid performances by all the bands that succeeded each other on stage and a very enthusiastic audience that included many fans.

The evening started with Le Skieur Fluo who provided his share of abstract humour in between sets. Then Ok Volca brought the room to its feet, followed by TWA and Suburbs who performed the song “La légende de Marie-Pier” from the Chrome Volume III CD among others.

Then MAP, Quebec’s primo punk-rock band warmed up the ambiance by playing many cuts from their album “Repose en paix”. The excitement was raised to fever pitch when eXterio gave a fantastic performance, including a medley of songs from their first and second albums. The Assemblée also made an appearance as surprise guest. In short, a fantastic evening everyone will fondly remember.

Here are first-hand comments from two spectators who were there.

“It was cool. You can tell the guys are pros. Good variety of bands. It makes me want to play guitar even more and Le Skieur Fluo was a huge hit!”

“Really fun, I discovered a few bands and it was my first time at the Spectrum. Good ambiance!”
