Q. How can I become a member?

A. You can sign up online or get a paper form at any Desjardins caisse.

Q. Do I need my parents' authorization to sign up for Chrome@dos?

A. Parental authorization is required to register for members under the age of 14. Also, a parent needs to give consent for anyone who wins a Chrome@dos contest.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Chrome@dos membership is free for Desjardins members aged 12 to 17.

Q. If I sign up today, when and how will I receive confirmation?

A. If you fill out a paper form and your application is acception, you will reeive your Chrome@dos ID by mail, which will allow you to start your Desjardins Chromatic Savings and enter our contests.

If you signed up online and that your application is accepted, you’ll receive an e-mail within 48 hours, maximum.

However, if you have only opened an account at a Desjardins caisse within the last 30 days, it may take a little longer.

Q. How will I receive information about Chrome@dos activities and news?

A. You can find out about our news by visiting the Chrome@dos section on a regular basis. You will also receive information about the latest scoops by mail.

Q. What do I do if my application is refused?

A. Contact the Chrome@dos team at 1-866-CCHROME or by e-mail.

Q. Why sign up for Chrome@dos?

A. Because it gives you access to an attractive savings plan created specially for you (Desjardins Chromatic Savings), lets you enter exclusive contests all year long, and much more.

Q. What's a Chrome@dos ID?

A. Your ID is your Chrome@dos identification number which lets you enter all exculsive contests and start your Desjardins Chromatic Savings project. You'll receive your Chrome@dos ID by mail wihtin 2 to 4 weeks after submitting your paper application. And if you applied online, you'll receive your Chrome@dos ID within 48 hours.Keep your Chrome@dos ID!

Q. I lost my Chrome@dos ID. What should I do?

A. No problem. Simply write us.

Q. Do I need to have an account at Desjardins to sign up for Chrome@dos?

A. Yes. Since Chrome@dos is intended for young Desjardins members, you need to open an account in a Quebec or Ontario caisse first. Just drop in at the caisse closest to you and ask them to open a new account for you.
