Additional ATM security measure

For your security, the total amount of ATM withdrawals that can be made at another financial institution's ATM in Canada is now $300 per day. As for withdrawals made at an ATM outside of Canada, the amount is $500 CA per day.

Example: You're in Paris and 1 euro is worth $1.50 CA. The maximum amount you can withdraw at the ATM is 330 euros, i.e. $495 CA, plus user fees.

If you reach this limit, you can make additional withdrawals at Desjardins ATMs. You will however, have to confirm that you are the real cardholder by entering your day and month of birth. This extra safeguard is also required when you make certain transactions at a Desjardins ATM.

This measure helps us to confirm that you are the true cardholder, thereby reducing the risk of fraud.
