
On November 15, 2007, Quebec Premier Jean Charest presented the Grand Prix de la qualité1 award in the large service company category to Desjardins AccèsD Services, as part of the prestigious Grands Prix québécois de la qualité 2007 ceremony. Quebec's highest quality recognition award is given by the ministère du Développement économique, de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation and the Mouvement québécois de la qualité.
Desjardins AccèsD Services, who are in charge of the Desjardins Web site, AccèsD transactional service and ATMs, have a remarkably high level of user satisfaction while performing considerably with regard to the cost and reliability of their operations, thanks to a thorough and proactive leadership.
