New features on epost™

Adding epost mailers and organizing bills just got easier.

Add bills to epost in 3 easy steps

Step 1 – Select a mailer to add to your list

There are 2 ways to add a mailer:

  • Select a province, and then choose the mailer from the Available Mailers list in the drop-down menu.

    OR

  • In the Search by Mailer Name field, enter the full or partial mailer name (i.e. Sorel for the City of Sorel-Tracy).

Step 2 – Complete the mailer subscription form.

Step 3 – Confirm the addition of the mailer.

Create personalized folders to organize bills

To add to your existing epost folders, epost now allows you to create personalized folders (My Folders) to help you organize your mail.

  • Add as many as 10 personalized folders.
  • Click on Manage to rename or delete folders.
  • See the number of unread documents and total number of documents in each folder.
  • Drag and drop bills into personalized folders.
