New features on AccèsD!

AccèsD Internet is constantly evolving to meet your needs. Here are some of the new features now available on AccèsD Internet that you can start using right away.

Change of address

When you move, it's important you report your change of address quickly to your caisse. You can change your address online by clicking on User file in the upper right-hand corner of your AccèsD screen, and then on Change address in the left-hand menu.

Bill payment history

It's now possible to see all your paid bills sorted by supplier. Members registered for the monthly statement of account on AccèsD Internet will be able to use this handy feature and sort bills dating from the last 12 months. To find a payment, click on View history in the left hand menu under the Transactions/Operations tab.

Transaction search tool

Are you looking for a specific transaction? Thanks to the transaction search tool, in just a few clicks you can track down all your transactions quickly by sorting them by type. For example, you can quickly see all the transfers that took place within a given period as well as their amounts. What's more, data is available for 12 months if the folio is registered for the monthly statement of account on AccèsD Internet. To use this tool, click on Search for a transaction under the Transactions/Operations tab.

Customize your accounts

Would you like to customize your accounts to identify them more easily? Well, now you can! In only a few minutes' time you can give a name to each of your accounts (travel, the cottage, family). You'll be able to recognize your accounts at a glance, thereby making it easier for you to manage your finances. You'll find the Customize your accounts option under the Transactions/Operations tab.

Overdraft protection

While working directly in AccèsD, you can now add overdraft protection to one or several personal chequing accounts by linking a VISA Desjardins card to them. To add this protection, click on Overdraft protection in the left hand menu under the Transactions/Operations tab.

Paying bills is now even easier!

We've made a few improvements, so now it is easier to pay your bills using AccèsD. Something new – a mini-calendar helps you enter the payment date, the display of available frequencies has been simplified, and now you can specify how many times a payment should be repeated.
