GAÏA : the Earth as you have never seen it before

Fondation Desjardins is pleased to have undertaken a new partnership with ONE DROP to present the GAÏA exhibition in a bid to create public awareness about water-related issues and promoting responsible water-consumption behaviour and sustainable development to conserve this most-vital resource.

The exhibition will feature 50 large-scale photos of the Earth taken from a distance of more than 350 km by Guy Laliberté during his 11-day orbit in space, revealing unique views of some 40 countries.

From September 1 to October 10, 2011, you'll be able to preview the project on the Promenade des artistes, at the Quartier des spectacles¹.

To celebrate this partnership, Fondation Desjardins will be running a contest for 2 scholarships and 2 copies of GAÏA, autographed by Guy Laliberté.
