Who is ACTI-MENU?

ACTI-MENU is a social enterprise wholly owned by 3 foundations related to the Montreal Heart Institute and Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont.

For over 20 years, ACTI-MENU's multidisciplinary team of health care professionals has been driven by the conviction that everyone can have a significant influence on their health and quality of life by adopting preventative behaviours and making informed lifestyle choices.

Its various programs, such as the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge, the Quit to Win! Challenge and Smoke-Free Family, motivate and support people as they take their physical and mental health in hand, at their pace and enjoyably.
