In order to be declared a winner and prior to the awarding of the prize, the selected persons agree to sign a declaration to this effect appearing in the Declaration form. Adult guests (or parents or legal guardians) will also be required to sign this declaration in the Declaration form; otherwise they cannot go on the trip.
