Virtual terminal

1. We can provide you with the merchant's online administration module to meet the call centres' needs or to take orders (by mail or phone). It is a virtual terminal that can be accessed online by several users simultaneously to make purchasing, pre-authorization, reimbursement and correction transactions, etc.

   • You will receive a 1-hour training session over the phone.
   • Technical support for the configuration of the terminal is available during business hours (regular technical support).
     
     

2. You can also develop your own internal application by using the Desjardins secure payment page at checkout. Data security is then Desjardins' concern entirely.

3. Lastly, you can develop your own internal XML application to manage all the information in your environment and forward authorization requests to our payment server. However, this option requires PCI-DSS certification
