Our ATMs give you direct access to your accounts, at any time, without having to visit a caisse counter.

Eligible transactions	You can use your Desjardins Business Access Card to make the following transactions and operations: deposits withdrawals (from single signature accounts) bill payments (from single signature accounts) transfers statements of transactions account balance information on accounts in your folio and your VISA Desjardins account¹ changing the PIN (personal identification number) on your Desjardins Access Card or VISA Desjardins card¹
Business hours	Our ATMs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except Sundays, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., EST, when you can only make withdrawals)
Transaction fees	How much does it cost to make a deposit, a withdrawal or a bill payment at a Desjardins ATM? See the service charges for regular transactions. Charges of $1.50 apply to withdrawals made from ATMs of other financial institutions in the Interac network. You must pay a $3.00 fee for each transaction or operation made from a PLUS network ATM. A $2.00 fee is charged for withdrawals made at a Desjardins ATM by users who are not Desjardins members. Did you know? Registering your bills in AccèsD helps reduce your service charges!
