Besides offering the Desjardins Enhanced Return Guaranteed Investment for a 5^th issue, we are adding a new industry you can invest in, as well as the option to invest for a 6-year term.

• The Desjardins Enhanced Return Guaranteed Investment – Consumer Staples offers a return tied to the performance of a basket of 10 stocks from the largest international companies in the consumer staples industry, which is little affected by economic turbulence. It also offers a minimum compound annual rate of return.

Another interesting change has been made to the composition of the Desjardins Profile Guaranteed Investment Portfolio options.

The same 4 profiles remain and each consists in a fixed-rate investment, the Desjardins Enhanced Return Guaranteed Investment – Financial Services, the Desjardins Enhanced Return Guaranteed Investment – Consumer Staples, and the Desjardins Equity Guaranteed Investment Portfolio (except for the Secure profile). However, the distribution of these investments varies for each profile.
