Movable hypothec agreement or general security agreement and/or security agreement	$150/contract plus incurred expenses
Immovable hypothec agreement	incurred expenses
Building appraised by a professional	incurred expenses
Renewal
On maturity date	1/4% of balance min. 1/8% of balance
Before maturity date	penalty stipulated in contract
Release	$50 plus incurred expenses (no fee if the loan is due)
Discharge	incurred expenses
