Multiproject Option
Allows you to re-borrow all or a portion of the principal repaid on a loan secured by a real estate or chattel mortgage up to the initial loan amount. The new advance is backed by the same collateral that was used for the initial loan.

- Can be applied to similar or different projects as the initial loan.
- May be used more than once and even after the loan has been repaid in full.
Advantages
- No new fees for the taking of security.
- A more comprehensive financing approach, since it allows the lender to put in place funds for future credit needs.
