VISA Desjardins Business card application – instructions

The Business card is a payment and financing method that facilitates your company's expenditure management.

It is your responsibility to review the accuracy of the personal information (assets and liabilities).

Make applying online easy

Time required to fill out the application:	Approximately 30 minutes. (For security purposes, your application form will be automatically terminated after 30 minutes of inactivity.)
Application processing time:	Follow-up within 5 business days of receiving your form.
Information to provide:	Owner's gross monthly income (before taxes). Owner's monthly rent or mortgage payment. Owner's current employer(s). Owner's properties, investments and savings. Monthly payments and balance of owner's credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans and mortgages (including property taxes); car lease payments and other financial commitments (interest-free financing, pay in one year, etc.). General information about the company (address, date company was established). General information about the owner (personal address, social insurance number). Financial information about the company (for financing of $35,000 or over).
Tips:	As your application cannot be saved, please print a copy for your files before submitting it.
