Coverage

Credit Balance Insurance - Business includes the following three types of coverage:

• Death or dismemberment coverage
• Disability coverage
• Critical Illness coverage

If you die or are dismembered, become disabled or are first diagnosed with a critical illness, the Insurer will reimburse up to the maximum amount provided, the balance of your credit account including transactions made before this event but that are not listed on this statement. The credit account statement is that which is established:

• Just before the date of the event entitling you to a benefit; or
• On the date of the event.
