Eligibility

To be eligible for Credit Balance Insurance - Business, you must meet the following four conditions:

• own a business
• have a VISA Desjardins credit card account
• be between the age of 18 and 64 at the time you take out the insurance
• be actively working at least 25 hours a week in your company at the time you take out the insurance

Health questions

You do not have to answer questions about your health when you take out Credit Balance Insurance. However, benefits may be limited because of pre-existing illnesses or injuries.
