Contractual and delegation

Context

The nature of the product or company activity is such that it cannot export or else cannot produce sufficiently to satisfy a new foreign market (or does not have the financial resources to increase production.) The target market is such that foreign products are not as well received as local products. The company has no experience internationally and only limited knowledge of the target country. Nonetheless, it recognizes that it must increase its activities abroad as local demand has reached maturity stage.

  • Transfer of manufacturing license
  • Transfer of marketing license
