Context

The company must play a larger role in the foreign market because of the product complexity or control required over it. The company has excellent knowledge of the target market. Tax provisions and laws protecting property rights are adequate. The company must (and is able to) undertake watch, research and market analysis activities and maintain close relations with suppliers and partners in the target country.
