Business solvency inquiry – Instructions

Our business solvency inquiry services help you manage your company's risks more effectively.

Caution: Business solvency inquiry services are provided by our partner, Access Credit. Consequently, Desjardins can neither be held liable, nor bear liability for any damages or losses proven to be or allegedly resulting from or related to the use of these services.

Make requesting online easy

Time required to fill out the request form:	Approximately 10 minutes. (For security purposes, your application form will be automatically terminated after 30 minutes of inactivity.)
Processing time:	Follow-up within 48 hours (business days) of receiving your form.
Information to provide:	Information about the requestor: your company name, contact name, telephone number, e-mail address, name or transit number of the caisse or Desjardins Business Centre you do business with. General information regarding the applicant: company name and address. Information about the applicant's financial institution and account: name, address, account number, identification or transit number. If applicable, your VISA Desjardins Business card number and expiry date.
Recommendation:	As your form cannot be saved, please print a copy for your files before submitting it.
