Canadian Intellectual Property Office
CIPO is a Special Operating Agency (SOA) associated with Industry Canada, responsible for the administration and processing of the greater part of intellectual property in Canada.

Canadian Patents Database
This database lets you access over 75 years of patent descriptions and images. You can search, retrieve and study more than 1,400,000 patent documents.

Canadian Copyrights Database
The database includes all copyrights which were registered as of October 1, 1991, pursuant to the Copyright Act.

Canadian Trade-marks Database
This version of the Canadian Trade-marks Database is comprised of all active and many inactive marks that were either applied for or registered pursuant to the current Trade-marks Act or former trade-mark legislation.
