Desjardins Bank Online Banking

If you have an account at Desjardins Bank, you can use the Online Banking service to view your account balance and make transactions at any time.

Transactions with your Desjardins caisse

With the AccèsD Internet and AccèsD telephone services, you can get information on your caisse(s) accounts, pay your bills or transfer funds. You also have access to an Internet AccèsD station at the service centres in Hallandale and Pompano Beach.

The Desjardins Bank is not connected with the caisse computer system so inter-caisses transactions are not available. You cannot cash a personal check (money order or draft) or have your Desjardins account updated at the bank unless you have an account there.

Transactions at the bank's ATMs

• French ATMs are available 24 hours a day.
• The Desjardins Access Card (debit card) issued by your caisse is accepted.
• It is only possible to make withdrawals converted into US funds at Florida ATMs.
• You may not withdraw or deposit Canadian currency into a Quebec account.
• You can access your account using the Star, Plus and Cirrus networks.
• You can use your PIN to get cash advances on your Desjardins credit card and most other recognized credit cards.
• If you have an account at the Desjardins Bank, the transactions you make at its ATMs are free if you use one of the two teller machines near the branch.
• Service charges apply to transactions made at any other ATM in the United States.
• The Desjardins Bank ATM card is accepted in Publix markets in the area.
• You may withdraw up to $500 US from your Desjardins Bank account.
• At the Desjardins Bank ATM, you may withdraw up to CA$500 in US dollars, with a maximum of 2 transactions per day.
