How to enter a bill

To pay a bill on AccèsD, you must first enter the organization to be paid in your bill file. Contact an AccèsD service advisor or add it yourself when you are logged on to AccèsD Internet.

In both cases, have your bill on hand because you will need some information from it.

  • Log on to AccèsD
  • Follow the instructions on the appropriate page.

Elsewhere in Canada and the U.S.: 1-800-CAISSES (1-800-224-7737)

You will then be able to pay this bill on AccèsD or at the ATM without submitting the detachable portion of the bill.

Consult the list of new organizations regularly.

To enter another person's VISA bill

To enter another person's VISA Desjardins, Ameublements Tanguay, Brault & Martineau, Colonial Furniture, Gaz-O-Bar or Harnois account in your bill file, call one of the following numbers:

Note that since you are not the account holder, you will not have access to that person's balances or statements on AccèsD Internet.
