Desjardins Bank

If you have an account at Desjardins Bank, you can use the Online Banking service to view your account balance and make transactions at any time.

Caisses Desjardins

With AccèsD Internet and AccèsD Telephone, you can:

• get information on accounts in one or more caisses
• pay bills, make transfers, etc. from your caisse accounts
• transfer funds to your Desjardins Bank account

You also have access to an AccèsD Internet station at the Hallandale and Pompano Beach branches of Desjardins Bank.

At a Desjardins Bank branch

Desjardins Bank is not connected with the caisse computer system, so you cannot:

• make inter-Caisses transactions
• update your caisse account
• cash personal checks, drafts or money orders unless you have a Desjardins Bank account

At Desjardins Bank ATMs

Only withdrawals converted into $U.S. may be made from Florida ATMs. These ATMs do not accept Canadian dollar deposits or withdrawals to or from an account in Canada.

• French ATMs are available 24 hours a day.
• Your caisse Desjardins Access Card (debit card) is accepted.
• You can use your PIN to get cash advances on your VISA Desjardins credit card and most other recognized credit cards.
• If you are a Desjardins Bank account holder, you can make transactions all 3 Desjardins Bank branch ATMs for free.
• Your Desjardins Bank ATM card is accepted in Publix Supermarkets in the area.
• You may withdraw up to US$500 at a time (maximum one withdrawal per day).
• You may withdraw up to C$500 per day in U.S. dollars from your caisse account at Desjardins Bank ATMs.

At ATMs of other U.S. banks

• You can access your account using the Star, Plus and Cirrus networks.
• Service charges apply to transactions made at all ATMs of U.S. banks.
