History of transactions

Use the History of transactions function to search for specific transactions, including bill payments or any other types of transactions.

Transaction search

Search all the transactions you have made in your accounts. You can sort the transactions by:

• Source account
• Type of transaction
• Amount
• Date

Transaction data from the last 12 months is available to be searched. This searchable data begins accumulating on the date you sign up for the virtual statement of account. For accounts not registered for a virtual statement, only data from the last 62 days is available.

History of bill payments and government remittances

• You can view your bills payments made online, by phone and by direct withdrawal.
• You can get complete information about the payments made from your account:
  • Source account for the payment
  • Name and description of the bill
  • Bill reference number
  • Payment date
  • Amount of payment
  • Transaction confirmation number
  • Payment method
• Bill payment history is generated from data collected in the last 12 months for accounts registered for the virtual statement (data begins accumulating starting on the date you sign up for the virtual statement of account). For accounts not registered for the virtual statement, bill payment history only contains data from the last 62 days.
• You can sort your bill payments by:
  • Source account
  • Type of payment
  • Amount
  • Date
  • Name of organization
