Returns	Interest paid annually.

Conversion	Not redeemable before maturity date but convertible at any time in whole or in part to any non-redeemable fixed-term Desjardins savings product with a term longer than the remainder of the 20-month term (including mutual funds and excluding demand accounts) without penalty. Conversion is possible between products with identical tax structures.
