Q. How do I report a change of address?

A. You can change the address on file for your accounts, credit cards and investments by phone, online or at your branch.

Q. Do I need to report a change of e-mail address?

A. E-mail addresses are not recorded in our systems. You therefore don't need to report a change of e-mail address.

If you use the epost service, you'll need to report your new e-mail address to each organization you've added to the service.
