Data transmission (direct deposit-withdrawal)

Use AccèsD Affaires' Data transmission function to send us the direct deposit-withdrawal files needed to pay your employees and service providers.

Advantages

  • Files are transmitted securely, since the data is encrypted before transmission.
  • Desjardins's Transactions Express service is available to help you prepare your transmission files if your accounting system is unable to produce files formatted according to Canadian Payments Association's (CPA) standards.
  • The file transmission service is free; only direct deposit and withdrawal service transaction processing fees apply.

How data transmission works

From the Transmission tab, enter the file name or click on the Browse button to find the file, and then click on the Transmit button.
