Q. How do I add a bill to my AccèsD Affaires bill file?
A. To pay a bill using AccèsD Affaires, you must first enter the organization in your bill file.

Q. Can I make money transfers on AccèsD Affaires?
A. This function is not yet available on AccèsD Affaires. You can, however, transfer funds to another individual if you are registered for data transmission (direct deposit-withdrawal) or international services.

You can also transfer funds to another individual's account or VISA Desjardins card on AccèsD.

Q. How to I register for AccèsD Affaires?
A. To register, call 1-877-ACCESD A (1-877-222-3732) or make an appointment with an advisor at your caisse or Desjardins Business Centre.

Q. How do I cancel a payroll file on AccèsD Affaires?
A. To cancel a payroll file on AccèsD Affaires:
  • Log on to AccèsD Affaires.
  • Click on the Transmission tab.
  • Click on DDW Forms.
  • Fill out the File cancellation request form online.
  • Print it and fax it to the Internet and Business Payment Systems department at 514-253-7646.

Q. Can I order cheques on AccèsD Affaires?
A. Business cheques cannot currently be ordered on AccèsD Affaires.

To order cheques, please contact your caisse or Desjardins Business Centre.

Q. How can I have funds transferred from abroad to my Desjardins branche account?
A. To have funds transferred to your Desjardins account from another country, fill out the wire transfer form located on the Receive funds transfers page.

Forward the form to the financial institution that will be initiating the transfer.

Q. What SWIFT code do I need to provide to get funds transferred to my Desjardins branche account from abroad?
A. The SWIFT code to provide is that of Caisse centrale Desjardins; CCDQCAMM.

You must also indicate your caisse identification number (institution and transit numbers, 8 digits in all), your folio number followed by the check digit (7 digits in all) and the name and address of the beneficiary.

Please note that it is always to your advantage to receive funds in the currency of the country sending it. Caisse centrale Desjardins has correspondents in several countries.
