Here are the steps to follow to make claim to Desjardins Financial security to:

Cancel your trip

1. Call your travel service provider to cancel your trip.
Travel agent, wholesaler, cruise line, lodging, online travel provider or airline
2. Download, complete and print out the following form:

Request a refund for health care costs

Note Quebec residents: if the health care and services you received while on your trip resulted from an accident involving a motor vehicle, please contact our customer service department directly at 1-800-463-1623 to make your claim.

1. Download, complete and print out the appropriate form(s) for your province of residence:
