Membership and the Desjardins Access Card

A wealth of financial services at your fingertips

As soon as you become a member, you'll get a Desjardins Access Card. Your access card is your entry to the Desjardins network made up of nearly 3,000 points of service and ATMs. It's the only card you'll need for debit card purchases.

Two Desjardins ATMs will be available on campus and, for added convenience, you'll also be able to do your banking online and by telephone.

One member, one voice

All Desjardins Credit Union members are treated equally and have an equal vote at annual general meetings.

All members make the same investment in their co-op. The $5 membership fee is returned if you ever leave Desjardins Credit Union. To help University of Western Ontario students become members, the University Students' Council will pay the $5 membership fee when you open your account.
