If the problem persists, you may write a confidential letter to the President of the caisse Board of Directors, describing your dissatisfaction and expectations. Include your name and address.
You may also call the Member Services Committee at the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec at 1-888-556-7212.
If you have followed all of the steps above and the response received is still not to your satisfaction, you may, as a last resort, contact the office of the Ombudsman of Desjardins Group to request a review of your complaint:
