Q. How can I access the full Desjardins and AccèsD sites on my mobile device?
A. Just touch the "full" link at the bottom of your screen.
Q. Do I log on to the AccèsD mobile site the same way as the standard AccèsD site?
A. Yes. To log on to AccèsD on your mobile device, first enter your Desjardins Access Card number and password. You will then have to validate the authenticity of the AccèsD mobile site with your personal phrase and image.
Q. What should I do if I can't log on to AccèsD on my mobile device?
A. If your Internet connection is working but you can't connect to AccèsD, contact Desjardins technical support.
Q. What should I do if I forgot my AccèsD password?
A.
- Log on to the full AccèsD site. Enter your card number and click on Validate. On the next page, click on "Forgot your password?". The system will ask you some questions to confirm your identity.
- You will then be asked to choose a new password.
- The first time you use your new password, the system will ask you to answer one of your personal questions.
Q. Can I log on to AccèsD on several mobile devices?
A. Yes. You can log on to the site on any mobile device. Note however, that when you do so from a device you don't normally use, you may be asked one of your personal questions.

A. Yes. Your session history is linked to your card number, and not to any device. So, your mobile device may be recognized as your usual connection device. However, if your friend logs on to his account on your device, he may be asked to confirm his identity and answer one of his personal questions.
