Monthly statement of account

Q. I don’t have one of my monthly statements of account. How can I get a copy?
A. Online on AccèsD

If you use the AccèsD Internet service, you can order a copy of a statement online:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Cards tab.
  • Select the appropriate credit card and click Access/Modify account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click Request a copy of a statement in the Statement section.

To order a single statement:

  • Choose the start and end dates of the statement you want in the Select a statement section.

To order consecutive statements:

  • Choose the start and end dates for a given period and click Select a series of statements.

By e-mail

If you don’t use the AccèsD Internet service or if you prefer that we process your order, please use the secure form to send us the following information:

  • Your VISA Desjardins card number
  • Your home telephone number
  • Your date of birth
  • Your mother's maiden name
  • The month(s) of the statement that you would like to receive

You can also request a copy of a statement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 514-397-4415 or, 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Follow the instructions to order the statement of account you need. You’ll receive it by mail within 10 business days.

Q. I don’t want to receive my monthly statements of account by mail. Can I get them online on AccèsD instead?
A. Yes, all you have to do is register to get your monthly statements online.

Online on AccèsD

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Cards tab.
  • Select the VISA Desjardins account you want to register and click Access/Modify account.
  • In the Statements section of the left-hand menu, click on Monthly statement of account.
  • Click on Register.

You can also choose to receive an e-mail each month, letting you know that your new statement is available.

You can also subscribe to the online account statement by calling Customer Service at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday to Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Q. I registered for the online statement of account, but would like to receive statements by mail again. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. By e-mail

You can cancel your subscription to the online statement of account by e-mail by using the secure form to send us your:

  • VISA Desjardins card number
  • home telephone number
  • date of birth
  • mother's maiden name

In order to improve the quality of our products and services, we would appreciate if you could let us know why you want to cancel your subscription to the online statement of account.

Q. How do I print my online monthly statement of account?
A. To print your VISA Desjardins online statement of account:
  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Cards tab.
  • Select the appropriate VISA Desjardins account and click Access/Modify account.
  • In the left-hand menu, click on Reconciliation/Download.
  • Select the period or statement you want.
  • Download it in the desired format.
  • Print your statement.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription to the epost Service?
A. Online on AccèsD

If you use AccèsD and you want to cancel your subscription to the epost Service:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Pay bills in the left-hand menu.
  • Click on View epost bills.
  • In the left-hand menu, click on Organizations on file.
  • Select the organization you want to deactivate to access its information.
  • Click on Remove the organization from your file and then on Proceed.

If you have an account with another financial institution, please contact them to find out how to cancel an epost subscription.

Q. Can I change the due date of my monthly statement of account?
A. Yes, you can change the billing cycle of your statement if it doesn’t meet your needs.
