Q. How do I get information on my VISA Desjardins card balance and transactions?
A. Online on AccèsD

You can see your VISA Desjardins account online on AccèsD. Check your account balance and recent transactions, and see your monthly statements.

If you are a caisse member and want to register for AccèsD, call 514-522-2373 or 1-800-CAISSES (224-7737), 6:00 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week.

If you are not a caisse member, call the customer service department at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday to Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

By phone

You can also get updated account information (current balance, due date of your last statement, recent transactions, etc.) by phone. Call 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q. I’d like to use AccèsD but my card number starts with 4530 while the number I am prompted to enter starts with 4540. What do I do?
A. The card number you need to use to log on to AccèsD corresponds to your Desjardins Access Card (debit card) number and not to your VISA Desjardins card number. If you are not a member of a Desjardins caisse, enter the card number you got when contacting our customer service department.

Q. How do I find my VISA Desjardins monthly statement on AccèsD? Can I see my recent transactions and current balance?
A. To see your VISA Desjardins statement of account on AccèsD:
  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Cards tab.
  • Select a credit card and click on Access / Modify account.
  • In the Information column, click Monthly statement of account (PDF format).

You will see the same information for your previous monthly statements by clicking Archived statements of account.

To see your VISA statements from the last 62 days:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Cards tab.
  • Select a credit card and click on Access / Modify account.
  • In the left-hand menu, click Reconciliation/Download.
  • Select a period.
  • Read your statement on your monitor or download it in the format you want to save or print it.

To see the transactions made since the last monthly statement:

  • In the Statement section, click Latest transactions.
  • Transactions from the last 7 days are listed automatically.
  • Select Last statement from the dropdown the menu at the top right-hand side of the page.

Under Current account status, see your account balance, total unbilled transactions, authorized credit limit as well as the available credit limit on your account.

Q. I don’t have an account at a Desjardins caisse. Can I still check my VISA Desjardins account online?
A. You can check your VISA Desjardins account online even if you aren’t a Desjardins caisse member and see your account balance, recent transactions, and read your monthly statement of account.

Q. I can’t download my online monthly statement of account.
A. Contact the AccèsD Technical Support team at 1-877-253-7350. An advisor will help you.

Q. I don’t see my VISA Desjardins card on AccèsD. How do I add it?
A. AccèsD users with VISA Desjardins cards will find their cards listed under the Transactions/Operations tab.

If your card is not listed there when you log on to AccèsD, contact Customer Service at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free), Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Q. The number on my monthly statement is not the same as the number on my VISA Desjardins card. Why?
A. For administrative reasons, you have both a VISA Desjardins account number and a VISA Desjardins card number. Only the two last digits are different. Payments can be made using the account number as well as the credit card number. However, the account number is not valid for making purchases.

Q. The information on file with the credit bureau is incorrect. What should I do?
A. If you need to make a correction to your information on file with the credit bureau (Equifax or TransUnion), send us a written request to:
