If you use the AccèsD Internet service, you can change the address of your VISA Desjardins account online:
- Log on to AccèsD.
- Click on the Cards tab.
- Select the appropriate credit card and click Access/Modify account.
- In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click Change your address.
- Enter your new address.
By e-mail
If you don’t use the AccèsD Internet service or if you prefer having us change the address for you by e-mail, please use the secure form to send us the following information:

A. By e-mail
To enter an address for a residence outside of Canada, please use the secure form to send us the following information:
- Your VISA Desjardins card number
- Your home phone number (old and new one)
- Your date of birth
- Your mother's maiden name
- Your new address
- The date your change of address will come into effect
Please note that we cannot change your adress permanently address when you are outside of the country and require the date of your return to Canada. If you do not know the date, your previous address will automatically be reinstated on your account after one year.
