The FOR STUDENTS ONLY card does not offer the BONUSDOLLARS program.

Online on AccèsD

If you use the AccèsD Internet service, you can register for the Desjardins BONUSDOLLARS Rewards program online:

• Log on to AccèsD.
• Click on the Cards tab.
• Select the appropriate credit card and click Access/Modify account.
• In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click Add option(s).
• Select The BONUSDOLLARS Rewards Program and click Continue.
• Confirm your selection by entering your AccèsD password, which will be considered as your electronic signature.

By e-mail

If you don’t use the AccèsD Internet service or if you prefer that we register you, please use the secure form to send us your:

• VISA Desjardins card number
• home telephone number
• date of birth
• mother's maiden name

By phone

You may also register for the Desjardins BONUDOLLARS Rewards Program by calling Customer Service at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday to Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

If you use the AccèsD Internet service, you can order a copy of a statement online:

• Log on to AccèsD.
• Click on the Cards tab.
• Select the appropriate credit card and click Access/Modify account.
• In the Account Management section of the left-hand menu, click on Redeeming BONUSDOLLARS.
• Select the type of redemption you want to make (e.g.: travel or home insurance) and how many BONUSDOLLARS you want to redeem.
• Confirm or change your e-mail address and click on Validate.

If you don’t use AccèsD, or if you prefer we redeem your BONUSDOLLARS for you, please use the secure form to send us the following information:

Travel

• Your VISA Desjardins card number
• Your home telephone number
• Your date of birth
• Your mother's maiden name
• The date and amount of the transaction
• The name of the merchant
• The amount of BONUSDOLLARS you wish to redeem

Auto/home insurance

• Your VISA Desjardins card number
• Your home telephone number
• Your date of birth
• Your mother's maiden name
• The type of redemption (home or car for example) and the name of the insurance company (Desjardins General Insurance or the Personal)
• The policy number and the effective date
• The amount of BONUSDOLLARS

Travel insurance

• Your VISA Desjardins card number
• Your home telephone number
• Your date of birth
• Your mother's maiden name
• The annual premium
• The policy number and the date of enrollment
• The amount of BONUSDOLLARS
