Inaugurated in 1976 in downtown Montréal, Complexe Desjardins is the largest office property in the city, with 2.3 million square feet of rentable area. Occupancy is at 100% for the offices and over 95% for the commercial spaces. Desjardins Group occupies 35% of the office space. Over 35,000 people, both employees and visitors, pass through its doors every day.

The Desjardins Campus in Lévis comprises six buildings used exclusively by the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec and by certain Group subsidiaries. It is the location of the head office of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, in the city where the very first caisse was established.
