Student survival guide: Desjardins invites students to a chat on how to manage personal finances

An innovative way to reach students as they head back to school

Lévis (Québec), September 9, 2009 – The beginning of the school year is an ideal time for Desjardins Group to stay in touch with its young members. Desjardins is therefore inviting students to chat with a youth clientele representative on two occasions, September 16 and 23, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The first chat, on the theme "Let's talk money!" will provide tips and tricks on how to avoid having to tighten your belt. The second chat, the "Student survival guide", will focus on bursaries, savings and financing options. To participate in the chat, Internet users can go to www.desjardins.com/studentchat and follow instructions. It's an event you won't want to miss!
