As well as changing some of our daily habits, we can also take action to bring about even greater social equity. Here's how:
You can start by getting involved in your community, either by volunteering your time or financially supporting non-profit organizations. Most of these organizations have very limited resources, whether human or financial. Each organization plays its part in changing the world gradually, primarily by reaching our elected officials or by working directly with less affluent people.
Do you have a little time to spare?

Are you short on time?
Make a donation to an organization that shares and defends the values you hold dear! Even small donations can really make a difference and encourage those devoted to change to persevere.
