Desjardins Credit Union

The Desjardins Credit Union was created in 2002 by the citizens of Ontario, with the support of Desjardins Group. This cooperative was established with a view to acquiring the Province of Ontario Savings Office, formerly owned by the government of Ontario. The organization provides financial services to 75,000 clients accounts; its assets total $1.8 billion. Through this network of 25 branches, including seven in Toronto, Desjardins is strengthening its pan-Canadian presence.
