Desjardins Cooperative Institute

Created in 2004, Desjardins Cooperative Institute (DCI) is the "corporate university" of Desjardins Group. Its objective is to favour a common understanding of the inherent challenges and strategic expertise necessary to the progress of the Desjardins network. The DCI programs target a clientele exclusively made up of elected caisse officers, directors of the subsidiaries and managers from every part of Desjardins Group.
